teriyaki gyoza stir-fry

gyoza | serves 2 | prep time 5 mins | cook time 20 mins

ingredients

  • 6 itsu teriyaki chick'n vegan gyoza
  • 300g cooked noodles of your choice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 1 cup chopped peppers
  • 400ml teriyaki stir fry sauce
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 2 handfulls of spinache
  • 2 pinches sesame seeds
  • step 1

    Put a large saucepan on medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Then add the chopped broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn and peppers in the stir fry sauce until they soften and begin to brown.

    Meanwhile, cook the noodles as per pack instructions.

  • step 3

    Steam the gyoza as per pack instructions.

  • step 4

    Split the cooked noodles into two bowls and pour over the vegetables, top with spring onion, sesame seeds, gyoza and a side of spinach.
