smoked salmon & cream cheese crispy seaweed sandwiches

seaweed | serves | prep time 10 | cook time


  • 1 packet of itsu crispy seaweed thins (any flavour)
  • smoked salmon sliced thinly into thin strips
  • 50g cream cheese
  • step 1

    Lay the crispy seaweed thins onto a plate or board

  • step 2

    Spread a small amount of cream cheese over the thins, and the smoked salmon on top

  • step 3

    Place another crispy seaweed thin on top- or have open if you prefer

  • step 4

    Make as many as you want and enjoy!
