ingredients
- 6 itsu gyoza (flavour of your choice!)
- 1 mango thinly sliced
- 2 sweet peppers
- 1 carrot thinly sliced
- 1/2 onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 cucumber chopped into matchsticks or shaved
- 1/2 handful handful peanuts (optional)
- 1/2 handful handful coriander chopped
- 1/2 small iceberg lettuce chopped into strips
- 2 limes (zest of 1, juice of 2)
- 1 fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 finely chopped shallots
- 2 tbsp peanut oil (optional)

Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Combine the dressing ingredients together

Pan fry the gyoza as per instructions on the packaging
step 4
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gyoza

Sprinkle with peanuts and coriander (optional)
