- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 sachets of itsu miso
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Set the oven to 200c

To make the marinade- finely chop the garlic cloves and spring onions

Mix with the itsu miso, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water in a large bowl

Stir thoroughly

Add the salmon to the marinade and coat each fillet generously

Place the salmon on a baking tray and pour over the remaining marinade

Bake for 15 minutes

Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve and a top up of itsu teriyaki sauce if desired

Serve with rice, Asian greens or green beans
