- 1 carton itsu classic ramen brilliant'broth
- 1 large sirloin steak
- 300g 'straight to wok' udon noodles
- 1 handful of mushrooms
- 1 handful of vegetables for garnish

Pan-fry the steak to your liking and set aside to rest.

While the steak is cooking add the classic ramen brilliant’broth to a pot and heat to a simmer.

Once simmering add the udon packets and mushrooms to the broth and simmer for 2 minutes.

ladle the broth & noodles into 2 bowls and top with sliced sirloin steak.
step 5
Finish with some steamed or raw veg, and some finely chopped spring onion.
