seaweed sweet potato fries
seaweed | serves 2 | prep time 5 minutes | cook time 20 minutes
ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 4 sheets itsu crispy seaweed - any flavour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp furikake
- 2 tsp pepper
step 1
In a large bowl, toss the sliced sweet potatoes with just enough coconut oil to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake fries in the oven for around 20 minutes or until they are golden brown

Toss the fries in a bowl with broken seaweed and furikake. Enjoy!
