seaweed sweet potato fries

| serves 2 | prep time 5 minutes | cook time 20 minutes


  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4 sheets itsu crispy seaweed - any flavour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp furikake
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • step 1

    In a large bowl, toss the sliced sweet potatoes with just enough coconut oil to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
