proscuitto & mozzarella crispy seaweed sandwiches

seaweed | serves | prep time 10 | cook time


  • 1 packet of itsu crispy seaweed thins (any flavour)
  • 1 packet of thinly sliced parma ham
  • 50g mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • 2 or 3 cherry tomatoes
  • step 1

    Lay the crispy seaweed thins onto a plate or board

  • step 2

    Lay a couple of slices of mozzarella on the thin, followed by the parma ham & chopped cherry tomatoes

  • step 3

    Place another crispy seaweed thin on top- or have open if you prefer

  • step 4

    Make as many as you want and enjoy!
