- 1 carton itsu miso mushroom brilliant'broth
- 70g orzo pasta
- 2 handfuls of green veg [we used peas, courgette & kale]
- 2 large pinches grated pecorino

Cook the orzo as per the packet instructions and divide between the two bowls.

Steam the veg until tender [al dente] and place on top of the orzo.
step 3
Warm the broth in a small saucepan until piping hot.
step 4
Pour the broth over the orzo & veg. Top with a good grating of pecorino cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
