nut butter & jam rice cakes
desert | serves 2 | prep time 5 | cook time
- 6 itsu dark chocolate rice cakes
- 6 tsps nut butter [Amy used creamy espresso walnut butter]
- 6 tsps fruit jam
- 1 handful crunchy granola
- 1 handful strawberries & pomegranate
Layer up the dark chocolate rice cakes [two stacks of 3] with lots of nut butter and jam.
Top the stacks with another layer of nut butter & jam.
Finish with granola, strawberries and pomegranate.
