ingredients
- 1 cup itsu satay rice'noodles
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 tender stem brocolli
- 1/2 chopped red chilli
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 wedge of lime

In a pan, fry the chopped chicken breasts in some oil with the chilli, ginger and garlic until cooked

Steam the broccoli and then add to the frying pan with the cooked chicken.

Add the noodles and satay broth to a bowl and pour in 200ml of boiling water. Sit for 2 mins.

Top with the chicken & broccoli.
step 5
Finish with a wedge of lime.
