miso pork lettuce cups
miso-easy | serves 3 | prep time 10 minutes | cook time 10 minutes
- 350g pork mince
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 sachets miso'easy traditional
- 1 finely chopped red chilli
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 little gem lettuce
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
Fry the pork mince in coconut oil until lightly browned. Then add in the soy sauce, miso'easy, red chilli, ginger paste and garlic paste and fry for a further few minutes.
Separate the little gem lettuce leaves on a plate or board. Fill each one with a tbsp of the pork mince and sprinkle with the spring onion.
