crispy pork rice bowl
brilliant-broth | serves 2 | prep time 5 mins | cook time 10 mins
- 1 carton itsu chicken ramen brilliant'broth
- 150g lean pork mince
- 2 tbsp sriracha chilli sauce
- 250g pouch pre-cooked brown rice
- 6 tender stem broccoli
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Fry the pork mince in a small frying pan with a splash of oil until golden and turning crispy. Drizzle in the Sriracha sauce and cook for a further 2-3 mins.
Simmer the broccoli in a pan of softly boiling water until tender.
Heat the rice as per the packet instructions and divide between two serving bowls.
Warm the brilliant'broth in a small saucepan until piping hot.
Pour the brilliant'broth over the rice and top with the crispy chilli pork, broccoli, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
