classic ramen with vegetable fusion gyoza
main | serves 1 | prep time 10 minutes | cook time 6 minutes
ingredients
- 6 vegetable fusion gyoza
- 1 tsp five spice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 15 grams grated ginger
- handful coriander 1 spring onion
- 500 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 cloves chilli powder
- 2 sheets itsu crispy seaweed - sea salt
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 150 grams udon noodles
- 1 handful chopped mushrooms
- 1 spring onion

Boil udon noodles & set aside

In a saucepan add stock, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, soy sauce, five spice and bring to boil. Simmer for 2-3 mins

Add the gyoza, mushrooms & udon noodles & simmer for a further 3 minutes

Add noodles to a bowl, pour the stock & gyoza on top
step 5
Garnish with boiled egg, crispy seaweed, spring onion & sesame seeds
