chocolate miso brownies

miso-easy | serves 4 | prep time 15 mins | cook time 30 mins

ingredients

  • 3 sachets itsu traditional miso easy
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 265g brown sugar
  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 a tsp baking powder
  • step 1

    Melt the chocolate and butter in a pan.

  • step 2

    In a bowl mix together the sugar, vanilla, eggs and miso.

  • step 3

    Once mixed, whisk in the melted chocolate then add in the flour, cocoa and baking powder.

  • step 4

    Prepare a tin with grease proof paper, pour in the mixture.

  • step 5

    Put in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 mins.
