Dr Emma says

"Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids [DHA & EPA], which are essential for a healthy functioning brain and are best obtained through certain fish in our diet. Sesame seeds [sprinkled in this poke bowl] may have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects due to the presence of vitamin E and lignans. Petit pois & red pepper in the greens & ginger mix contain vitamin C & A which support your immune system. The carrot salad in this bowl is another source of vitamin A [converted from beta carotene]."
