Add a carton of classic ramen brilliant’broth to a pot and heat to a simmer.
Once simmering add the gyoza and pak choi [sliced length ways] to the broth and simmer for 4 mins.
In separate pot, cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes.
When the noodles are cooked, add them to a bowl and carefully pour over the simmering brilliant’broth with gyoza & pak choi.
Finish with some finely chopped chilli.
