Seiko’s chicken ramen

you will need

  • 1 carton itsu sesame chicken broth for noodles
  • itsu ramen'noodles
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 baby pak choi
  • 4 handfuls sugar snap peas
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 spring onions

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Grill or pan fry the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and olive oil. About 10 mins each side.

  2. step 2

    Boil the eggs [6.5 mins from chilled for a medium yolk], and then submerge in cold water before peeling.

  3. step 3

    While the chicken & eggs are cooking submerge the ramen noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

  4. step 4

    Cut the pak choi length ways and steam with the sugar snap peas for 3 minutes.

  5. step 5

    Add the itsu sesame chicken broth for noodles to a pot and heat to a simmer.

  6. step 6

    When the noodles are cooked, separate them into two bowls and pour over the simmering broth for noodles.

  7. step 7

    Top with the sliced chicken breast, pak choi, peas, and a boiled egg.

  8. step 8

    Finish with fine chopped spring onion.
