Cut the pak choi length ways and steam with the sugar snap peas for 3 minutes.
Add the itsu sesame chicken broth for noodles to a pot and heat to a simmer.
When the noodles are cooked, separate them into two bowls and pour over the simmering broth for noodles.
Top with the sliced chicken breast, pak choi, peas, and a boiled egg.
Finish with fine chopped spring onion.
