you will need
- 1 carton itsu chicken ramen brilliant'broth
- 160g dry rice noodles
- 120g cooked chicken breast, roughly shredded
- 150g tinned sweetcorn
- 2 spring onions finely chopped
- 2 pinches coriander
let's get cooking
Pour boiling water over the rice noodles, leave to stand for 10-15 mins [or until cooked to your liking], and then drain.
Heat the brilliant’broth in a small saucepan until piping hot.
Add the shredded chicken & sweetcorn before taking it off the heat.
Ladle the broth, chicken and sweetcorn over the noodles and top with a sprinkle of spring onions.
Finish with a pinch of coriander and a lime wedge.
