you will need
- 2 tuna steaks
- 2 sachets miso'easy chilli miso
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 pouch cauliflower rice [200g]
- 1 handful chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 lime
let's get cooking
Coat the tuna steaks with the miso then pour over your sesame seeds in a nice even layer.
Heat a tbsp of coconut oil in a pan and fry your tuna steak for 1-2 minutes on either side. Remove from the pan and leave to rest for a minute.
Cook the cauliflower rice as per pack instructions.
Fold the chopped coriander through the cauliflower rice then split between two plates.
Top with the tuna steak and finish with some more coriander.
Add a squeeze of lime or some soy sauce to taste.
