you will need
- 6 vegetable fusion gyoza
- 2 small courgettes or 1 large
- 1 tbsp rice wine vingear
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 small red chilli or tsp of chilli flakes
- 1 small handful coriander chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1 stalk spring onions
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 100ml water
let's get cooking
Spiralise, peel or thinly slice courgettes and cucumber. Set aside in a bowl.
Combine rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, water and sugar (optional). Set aside.
Pan fry, steam or microwave the gyoza as per instruction on pack.
Add the coconut oil to a pan and toast sesame seeds on a low heat
Chop spring onion & finely chop the red chilli
Pour half of the dressing over the courgetti and cucumber. Place the gyoza on top and drizzle the rest on top.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds, spring onion. coriander and fresh chilli or chilli flakes on top
