crisp or crunch?
Crispy chilli oil is all about balance between heat, umami, crisp, and crunch.
The 'crisp' in our chilli oil comes from the chilli flakes whereas the crunch is delivered by the sweet toasted garlic. It took about 30 recipes to find the right balance, but we think we cracked it.
