you will need

  • 1/2 pack itsu spicy chicken gyoza
  • 1 sachet itsu miso'easy traditional
  • 1 tsp itsu crispy'chilli oil
  • 1 pak choi (or a generous handful of chopped cabbage), roughly chopped
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1/2 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • a small handful coriander, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Add the gyoza to a small pan of simmering water and cook for 6 minutes. Add the pak choi for the final 2 minutes of cooking.

  2. step 2

    Prepare the broth by adding the itsu miso'easy traditional, itsu crispy'chilli oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, spring onions, sesame seeds and most of the coriander to a serving bowl.

  3. step 3

    Carefully pour over 300ml of hot water into the bowl and stir until the miso paste has fully dissolved.

  4. step 4

    Transfer the gyoza and pak choi into the bowl with the warming broth. Finish with the remaining coriander and an extra drizzle of itsu crispy’chilli oil, if desired. Serve immediately.
