spicy chicken ramen ‘fakeaway’
brilliant-broth | serves 2 | prep time 10 mins | cook time 20 mins
ingredients
- 8 itsu vegetable fusion gyoza
- 1 itsu chicken ramen brilliant'broth
- 1 handful of coriander
- 1 handful of spring onions
- 1 thinly sliced red chilli
- sriracha sauce
- 2 carrots
- 2 nests of charcoal infused noodles
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 softly eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil

To cook the chicken, preheat a grill pan with oil over a medium heat. Add the chicken, and cook until golden brown [about 5-7 mins]. Flip the chicken over and cook for another 4-5 mins, [until cooked through]. Set the chicken to one side.

Julienne both the carrots & spring onions and finely slice the chilli.

Meanwhile, prepare both the gyoza and noodles as per the pack instructions.

Heat the brilliant’broth in a small saucepan until piping hot [do not boil].

To assemble the ramen divide the noodles between two bowls, and add a handful of veg to each. Top with sliced chicken, an egg [peeled and halved], and ladle over the broth.

Garnish with coriander, sriracha sauce and sprinkling of sesame seeds
