Dr Emma says

"The new veggie’balls are made with chickpeas, peas, and red split lentils, along with a variety of vegetables, herbs, and spices, giving a total of 15.25 plant points. Combined with the veg mix in the soup, the dish has a wide variety of plant foods. Research suggests that greater diversity of plants in the diet may support a more diverse gut microbiome. Pulses like chickpeas and lentils are naturally rich in fibre, and this dish is a source of fibre. Diets rich in fibre also help support normal digestive function."
