Most dishes are under 500 [good] calories, so have no qualms about feeling indulgent. With one-third of the menu being plant-based, we welcome vegans and vegetarians, as well as dairy-free and soy-free dining.

Steamed to preserve the natural goodness

Pristine Atlantic salmon, sustainably sourced from Norwegian fjords and Scotland, is sliced to precision by our fish 'pros. Whole grain brown rice is perfectly cooked by our rice 'pros. itsu steamed chicken gyoza has a magic number, and steamed bao'buns are packed with aromatic hoisin duck. Our rice & noodle bowls are loaded with nutrient-rich lean proteins, colourful veggies, and seasonal greens. itsu authentic miso paste is made in the Nagano Valley, and our soy sauce is born from a traditional family recipe with a 2000-year-old history. itsu is the novel twist in the wholesome food story.
