Our menu at itsu Woking is curated with a fusion of Asian-inspired flavours. It is vegan and vegetarian-friendly with gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free choices. A wealth of top-tier ingredients are sustainably sourced from around the world. Every box and dish is freshly handmade by us in our own kitchen.
One-third of dishes plant-based and half of the menu under 500 calories
The pristine Atlantic salmon for our sushi is sustainably sourced from the Norwegian fjords and Scotland. The Yellowfin tuna is fished with turtle-safe baits and hooks. Every itsu kitchen has sashimi-trained fish ‘pros to slice them to precision. The high-fibre wholegrain brown rice is cooked under the watchful eyes of rice ‘pros.
Our Better Chicken Commitment ensures we only use fresh [never frozen] chicken from British farms with a credible welfare record. Our gyoza is steamed, soy sauce made by a traditional Japanese family brewer, and our miso paste [never powder] is made from authentic herbs and spices from the Nagano Valley.
