Our 38% plant-based Asian-inspired menu is curated daily with ethically sourced sustainable ingredients and dishes are mostly under 500 [good] calories. We pride ourselves on vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free and soy-free dining.
Wholesome, nutrient-rich, and sustainable
We select sashimi-grade Atlantic salmon from Norwegian fjords and Scotland. Sliced to precision by our fish’pros, each dish is made with precision. Spanish-grown and-milled whole grain brown rice is cooked by our rice’pros. Seasonally-adjusted vegetables are always sourced within the U.K. and our chicken is always fresh [never frozen] from British farms with credible welfare policies.
Our soy sauce is curated from a 2000-year-old traditional Japanese family recipe, using authentic miso paste made from the Nagano Valley. As the itsu story unfolds in Scotland, come and discover beautiful food, beautifully done.
