spicy ramen noodles & broth pot (chilli)

you will need

  • 1 boiled egg (halved)
  • 2 spring onions (sliced)
  • 1 tsp itsu crispy’chilli oil

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Boil the egg and cut in half. Slice the spring onions.

  2. step 2

    Open the lid halfway and remove the sachets. Pour the broth paste over the noodles.

  3. step 3

    Add boiling water to the fill line. Stir well.

  4. step 4

    Add the spring onions and the egg to the cup, close the lid and leave for 5 minutes.

  5. step 5

    Serve with a drizzle of crispy’chilli oil.
