smokey ramen with tofu

you will need

  • itsu classic ramen brilliant'broth
  • itsu restaurant'ramen soba noodles
  • 80g frozen sweetcorn
  • 200g smoked tofu, cut into cubes
  • Chestnut mushrooms
  • Tenderstem broccoli
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

you will need

  1. step 1

    mix the seed with soy sauce and honey. Spread onto a lined baking tray and roast or air fry a 200c for 5-10 minutes, watching they don’t burn.

  2. step 2

    in a pot, warm the itsu classic brilliant'broth, add tofu, sweetcorn, mushrooms, and broccoli; let it simmer for 8 minutes.

  3. step 3

    meanwhile, prepare itsu soba restaurant'ramen noodles as per package directions.

  4. step 4

    combine noodles and broth in bowls, top with the crispy seeds.
