you will need

  • 1 carton itsu chicken ramen brilliant’broth
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 portions fresh or dry ramen [or egg] noodles
  • 1 pack tender stem broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • 1 fresh chilli [optional]

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Grill or pan fry the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and olive oil. About 10 mins each side

  2. step 2

    Boil your egg [about 6 mins from room temp for a medium yolk], and then submerge in cold water before peeling

  3. step 3

    While the chicken & eggs are on the go, cook the noodles as per pack instructions

  4. step 4

    Pour the chicken ramen brilliant’broth into a saucepan and heat to a simmer

  5. step 5

    Cut the tender stem broccoli length ways and steam for 3 minutes

  6. step 6

    When the noodles are cooked place them in a bowl and pour over the simmering brilliant’broth

  7. step 7

    Top with the sliced chicken breast, tender stem broccoli and boiled egg

  8. step 8

    Finish with some fine chopped chilli
