you will need

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 sachet miso’easy
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 teabag of green tea
  • 1 sachet dashi powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (or to taste)
  • 120g cooked rice
  • seaweed, sesame seeds & green onion to top

  1. step 1

    Marinade the salmon with miso and sugar. 

  2. step 2

    Cook in the oven for 15 mins at 200c.

  3. step 3

    Brew a cup of green tea, add dashi powder and soy sauce to taste.

  4. step 4

    Assemble the cooked rice, flaked salmon, and hot green tea. Finish with shredded seaweed, sesame seeds and green onion.
