cold-busting gyoza soup

you will need

  • itsu chicken gyoza
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 1 pak choi
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 generous handfuls of spinach
  • 500ml itsu broth for noodles - sesame chicken
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • mint, coriander and red chillies to garnish

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    cook the spring onions in 1 tbsp of olive oil until soft. Stir in the turmeric and cayenne.

  2. step 2

    pour in the itsu broth for noodles - sesame chicken and add the itsu chicken gyoza. Simmer the itsu chicken gyoza in the broth until cooked through.

  3. step 3

    add pak choi and spinach at the end, cook for 1-2 minutes. Finish with a squeeze of lemon, fresh herbs and sliced chilli.
