yours and ours

you will need

  • 1 pack itsu soba restaurant ramen noodles
  • 1 pack itsu 8 gyoza dumplings vegetable festival
  • 2 baby pak choi, sliced lengthways
  • 1 carton itsu classic ramen brilliant broth
  • 1 carrot, sliced into thin batons
  • toasted sesame seeds to garnish

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Add a carton of classic ramen brilliant’broth to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over a medium heat. 

  2. step 2

    Add the gyoza and pak choi [sliced length ways] to the broth and simmer for 5-6 mins.

  3. step 3

    while the broth & gyoza are warming, cut the carrot into thin strips.

  4. step 4

    in separate pan, cook the noodles in simmering water for 3 mins.

  5. step 5

    when the noodles are cooked, drain & split between two bowls. carefully pour over the simmering brilliant’broth and top with the gyoza, pak choy and carrot strips. 

  6. step 6

    finish with sesame seeds.
