you will need

  • 1 pack itsu original restaurant’ramen noodles
  • 1 pack itsu 8 gyoza dumplings chicken & spring onion
  • 1 pack baby corn
  • 1 carton itsu chicken ramen brilliant’broth
  • 1 pack tender stem broccoli
  • 1 red chilli to garnish

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    add a carton of chicken ramen brilliant'broth to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over a medium heat. 

  2. step 2

    put the baby corn and tender stem broccoli into a steamer or colander set over a pan of boiling water, cover with a lid and steam for 4-5 mins.

    Add the gyoza to the brilliant’broth and simmer for 5-6 mins.

     

  3. step 3

    in separate pan, cook the noodles in simmering water for 3 mins.

     

  4. step 4

    when the noodles are cooked, drain & split between two bowls. carefully pour over the simmering brilliant'broth and top with gyoza, baby corn & broccoli. 

  5. step 5

    finish with some finely chopped chilli.
