itsu’s hand-folded rice noodles are served with a clean, katsu-flavour miso broth crafted in partnership with chef Monica Galetti. Ready in just five minutes, the steamed (never fried) noodles pair beautifully with the rich garlic and sesame notes of the broth. Enjoy as is or customise with fresh toppings like vegetables, meat, prawns, or a drizzle of soy, sesame, or chilli.

Preparation 
1. Open lid half-way
2. Remove broth paste sachet from pot & pour over noodles
3. Add boiling water to fill line & stir
4. Close lid & wait for 5 minutes, add toppings [optional]

Noodles worth loving because they are steamed [not fried] & free from additives, MSG & gluten free, no stabalisers or emulsifiers, no gums or phosphates.

Miso is admired by chefs all over the world for its delicious umami goodness. Yoshihiro blends his broths in Nagaro, Japan where long life is linked to a healthy diet & miso is enjoyed for breakfast, lunch and supper. 

For a hearty meal top noodles worth loving with egg, green leaves, gresh veg; perhaps cooked meat or prawns. Add a swirl of soy sauce, sesame oil or fresh chilli.
