These soft steamed buns are filled with our signature blend of diced chicken, chopped spring onion, soy sauce, shiitake & wood ear mushrooms, ready in just 90 seconds.

how to enjoy

Microwave [1 1/2 mins]: 

1. Remove sleeve & pierce film.

2. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins on full power [900W].

3. Leave to stand for 1 min.

Steam [15mins]:

colander or sieve

1. Line colander/sieve with greaseproof paper & place above a pan of softly boiling water.

2. Place big’bao in colander/ sieve, cover with a lid.

3.  Steam for 15 mins.. Remove sleeve & pierce film.

Please always be careful of hot steam when moving big'bao. For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Please ensure big'bao are cooked until piping hot. Do not re-heat once cooked.
