Ready in just five minutes, the steamed (never fried) noodles pair perfectly with the rich, spicy broth. Enjoy them as they are or elevate your bowl with fresh toppings like vegetables, meat, prawns, or a drizzle of soy, sesame, or chilli.

Preparation instructions:
Bowl [recommended]
1. Place the noodle nest in a bowl, pour over a mug [310ml] of boiling water.
2. Cover with a plate and leave for 5 minutes
3. Add the broth paste sachet and stir through.
Add any extra toppings and enjoy.
OR
Microwave
1. Place the noodles and empty the broth paste in a bowl, and cover with a mug [310ml] of cold water.
2. Microwave for 3 minutes at full power (750W / 900W).
3. Stir through and leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Add any extra toppings and enjoy.
OR
Pan Cook
1. Bring 350ml of water to a boil. Add in the noodle nest and broth paste.
2. Cook for 2 minutes on the hob.
3. Pour into a bowl and leave to stand for 2 minutes.
