This Korean-style crispy'chicken salad is a satisfying and healthy meal. Start by air-frying seasoned sweet potatoes and itsu Korean-style crispy'chicken. pumpkin fritter katsu curry

serves 2 | prep time 15 mins | cook time 35 mins

Try this easy pumpkin fritter katsu curry for a healthy meal. Cook itsu pumpkin crispy’fritters in the air fryer until crispy. Then steam some tenderstem broccoli and cook the rice. The katsu sauce is made by cooking carrots, onion, garlic, curry powder, vegetable stock, itsu miso’easy traditional and a little brown sugar. Once softened, the mixture is blended until smooth. To assemble the dish, place the rice, crispy’fritters and broccoli on a plate and pour over the katsu sauce.

teriyaki chicken gyoza rice bowl (+ bao'buns as a starter)

Try this easy teriyaki chicken gyoza rice bowl that is healthy and packed with nutrients. Start by steaming itsu bao buns as a starter. Roast spring onions, red pepper, mushrooms and broccoli with itsu teriyaki cooking sauce in the air fryer until soft. Steam itsu chicken gyoza and cook the rice. Then, place the rice in bowls and top with the vegetables and gyoza. Drizzle with more itsu teriyaki cooking sauce and garnish with sesame seeds. Add itsu crispy’chilli oil for a bit of heat.
