Try this easy pumpkin fritter katsu curry for a healthy meal. Cook itsu pumpkin crispy’fritters in the air fryer until crispy. Then steam some tenderstem broccoli and cook the rice. The katsu sauce is made by cooking carrots, onion, garlic, curry powder, vegetable stock, itsu miso’easy traditional and a little brown sugar. Once softened, the mixture is blended until smooth. To assemble the dish, place the rice, crispy’fritters and broccoli on a plate and pour over the katsu sauce.
