ingredients
- 1/2 stalk lemongrass finely sliced red chilli finely sliced
- 6 gyoza
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 15 grams ginger (or galangal) finely chopped
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful mange tout
- 1/2 handful coriander
- 500 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 red chilli finely sliced

Put 1 cube of stock and 500ml water into a saucepan and bring it to the boil

Add in the lime juice, fish sauce, lemongrass, red chilli, ginger and mangetout (and any other extra veggies you fancy!)

Bring to the boil and let it boil for up to 6 minutes

Add in the cherry tomatoes

Allow to simmer for 1 minute

Serve with a coriander garnish
