tom yum gyoza soup

gyoza | serves 2 | prep time 5 | cook time 10

ingredients

  • 1/2 stalk lemongrass finely sliced red chilli finely sliced
  • 6 gyoza
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 15 grams ginger (or galangal) finely chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful mange tout
  • 1/2 handful coriander
  • 500 ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 red chilli finely sliced
  • step 1

    Put 1 cube of stock and 500ml water into a saucepan and bring it to the boil

  • step 2

    Add in the lime juice, fish sauce, lemongrass, red chilli, ginger and mangetout (and any other extra veggies you fancy!)

  • step 3

    Bring to the boil and let it boil for up to 6 minutes

  • step 4

    Add in the cherry tomatoes

  • step 5

    Allow to simmer for 1 minute

  • step 6

    Serve with a coriander garnish
