When Monica puts her name to a dish, whether it’s in a high-end restaurant, or our noodles & broth, she knows exactly where the ingredients come from.

So when Monica joined us to create ‘noodles worth loving’ the journey began in the Japan, meeting the Yoshihiro & team who craft our miso broths from scratch.
