So when Monica joined us to create ‘noodles worth loving’ the journey began in the Japan, meeting the Yoshihiro & team who craft our miso broths from scratch.

Back in London, Monica rolled up her sleeves with our food team, experimenting with ingredients, testing techniques, and refining each recipe.
