Dr Emma says

"This bento salad contains a variety of healthy dietary fat, including monounsaturated fats from the avocado and omega-3 fatty acids from the salmon and tuna. It also contains a variety of plant foods, including spinach and the greens & ginger mix, which contains red pepper. These contribute nutrients such as vitamin C, as well as additional dietary fibre. Eating a variety of plant foods provides different types of fibre and a range of plant compounds and nutrients."
