"This dish contains salmon which naturally contains omega-3 fatty acids, including DHA and EPA. Oily fish such as salmon are a good dietary source of these fats, and DHA plays an important role in normal brain function. This dish also contains nori which is a type of seaweed that naturally contains iodine, a mineral needed to make thyroid hormones, which help regulate metabolism."
