Dr Emma says

"This dish is a source of protein thanks to the chicken, seeds, muki beans and petit pois. Protein is made up of amino acids, which our bodies use to build and repair tissues and carry out many other important functions, including supporting the production of hormones. This bento salad also contains a wide variety of plant foods, including coriander and mint in the green dressing, and the greens & ginger mix which contains 7 different plant foods alone."
