Dr Emma says
"This dish is high in omega-3 fatty acids from the tuna and salmon. Omega-3s contribute to the normal function of the brain, and are best obtained through oily fish as part of a balanced diet - the UK Eatwell Guide recommends at least one portion of oily fish per week. The sushi rice provides carbohydrates, which supply energy for the body and brain, and the dish is also high in protein and a source of fibre. Research suggests that meals rich in protein and fibre are associated with improved satiety [the feeling of fullness after a meal]."
