You can join itsu rewards by downloading the free app in the App Store or via the Play Store on your Android device. Once you’ve downloaded you can create an account by tapping the ‘sign up’ button within the app or you can use your Apple or Google accounts to log in instead.

You can find your loyalty number by clicking on the stamp card once logged into your app. It should be a ten digit number.
You can reset your password by opening the itsu rewards app, tapping ‘log in’ and then ‘forgot my password’ you will then be prompted to enter your email address associated with your itsu rewards account. Yes you can, our app customer support team can help merge your old account to your new email address. Please drop them a note via our contact us form here: https://www.itsu.com/contact-us/ and they will help transfer your rewards over.
You can update your details by logging into your itsu rewards app, clicking on ‘its’my account’ in the top right corner of the screen and selecting ‘its’my details’ – you can then amend your personal details such as name or date of birth.

If you still haven’t received, make sure your details are correct and you haven’t mistyped your email address at all. You will receive a free miso or edamame reward upon downloading the itsu app [a minimum spend of £5 must be met to redeem it]. Once you have collected 3 butterflies you will receive a free snack or drink of your choice, free gyoza or bao on your 5th butterfly and a free itsu meal on your 7th.
You can earn double butterflies every evening after 5pm when you scan your app and spend £5 or more.
Once you are logged in, you can see how many butterflies you have on your stamp card at the top of your itsu app.
Each time you collect a butterfly you will receive a new stamp until you have reached 7 butterflies. Your card will then reset, and you can continue collecting!

Yes, as long as you scan your app, you can earn a butterfly stamp on any transaction over £5.
Your stamps do not have an expiry date.
You can earn one butterfly stamp per order that is £5 or more. If you visit more than once in a day you will earn one stamp for each transaction that was over £5.
Once you are logged in, you can find your rewards by swiping left on your stamp card at the top of your itsu app.
To redeem a reward, simply scan your app at one of our kiosks or tills. You can redeem one reward per transaction.

Gyoza or bao free reward: chicken & spring onion gyoza, vegetable fusion gyoza, prawn gyoza, chicken teriyaki bao buns, hoisin duck bao buns.
Meal free reward: any menu item excluding alcohol, sharing platters or bundles or breakfast menu items.
Vouchers are single use, cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no alternative offer is available. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other itsu promotion or loyalty rewards. The vouchers cannot be redeemed against itsu [grocery] products sold outside of itsu restaurants.
itsu loyalty vouchers are redeemable in-store at all itsu UK restaurants. They may not be used for itsu [grocery] products or through delivery channels. Vouchers cannot be used in the 50% discount period during the last half hour of trade.
Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date they’re issued. To check when your voucher expires, click on the voucher in your app.
No, you can only use one loyalty voucher per transaction. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Yes! We offer a 15% discount to students & NHS workers in all our restaurants through the itsu app. If you don’t have the itsu app yet, simply register your account using your NHS [nhs.uk] or student [.ac.uk] email address. If you have an account already, head to your profile and tap 'its'my details', then just add your NHS or student email address.
To use your discount on our kiosks, simply scan your app barcode and your discount will be waiting for you in the basket page. To use your discount on our tills, simply scan your app barcode and our staff will do the rest.
We do not currently accept blue light cards.
If you are having trouble redeeming your reward voucher, please check the following which may be impacting your order.
- Is your voucher within its expiry date or has it expired?
- Are you trying to combine the offer with another discount?
- Does what you have in your basket qualify with the voucher terms and conditions?

If you had a reward voucher on your account which has suddenly disappeared this is likely because it has reached its expiry date. Our rewards are valid for 90 days and 6 days before their expiry you will see a countdown timer appear on the voucher to alert you that it is about to expire. If you believe your voucher has expired before its expiration date then please contact our app customer support team who can help resolve the issue for you.

If there is low connectivity in your area, then sometimes the itsu rewards app can take a long time to load or not load at all. Please note that all our itsu restaurants have free Wi-Fi that you can log into. Alternatively, you can add the itsu rewards wallet card to your google or apple wallet which allows you to scan your loyalty barcode even where there is no network available.
There are two ways to add your student or NHS email to your account – either by creating a new account with your student or NHS email address or by adding your student or NHS email address in the ‘its’my account’ page within the app.
In each scenario you must verify your email once you have added it to your account by clicking the link in the automated email that you will receive once you add to your account. If you don’t verify your email then the discount will not be added to your account. Please make sure you check your junk folder just in case the email has gotten lost along the way.
