Simply create an account and scan your barcode at one of our kiosks or tills when you spend £5 or more to collect butterflies and earn rewards. Once you have collected 3 butterflies you will receive a free snack or drink of your choice, free gyoza or bao on your 5th butterfly and a free itsu meal on your 7th. 

Yes! We offer a 15% discount to students & NHS workers in all our restaurants through the itsu app. If you don’t have the itsu app yet, simply register your account using your NHS [nhs.uk] or student [.ac.uk] email address. If you have an account already, head to your profile and tap 'its'my details', then just add your NHS or student email address.

To use your discount on our kiosks, simply scan your app barcode and your discount will be waiting for you in the basket page. To use your discount on our tills, simply scan your app barcode and our staff will do the rest.
