Our first London restaurant opened in Chelsea in 1997, born after our founder visited Tokyo in 1994 and fell in love with the harmony and precision of Japanese food. Since then, we have opened over 50 beautifully designed, Asian-inspired restaurants across London, bringing health[ier], delicious food to communities all over the city.
Bright, spacious and welcoming, each of our restaurants offer a relaxed space to escape the city's lively energy and enjoy our health[ier] menu. From vibrant freshly made sushi boxes to gyoza, rice bowls and noodles, all our dishes are nutritious, steamed [not fried], and packed with wholegrain, fibre, protein, and greens.
