slurp it up miso ramen with flat restaurant'ramen noodles

you will need

  • 1 pack [500 ml] itsu miso ramen
  • 1 carrot, think batons
  • 125g tender stem broccoli tips
  • 8 itsu vegetable fusion gozas
  • 2 purple spring onions [or green if you can't find] cut into thin strips
  • 1 chilli, sliced thin
  • 1 pack [200g] itsu flat noodles
  • 2 tsp chilli crisp, for drizzling
  • toasted sesame seeds

you will need

  1. step 1

    bring a saucepan of water to the boil. add the flat noodles & tender stem tips. cook for 5 mins until al dente. drain & rinse with cold water. set aside. 

     

     

  2. step 2

    empty the miso broth into a saucepan and bring to a simmer over a medium heat. add the gyoza to broth and allow to simmer gently in the broth for 6 mins. 

     

     

  3. step 3

    while the broth & gyoza are warming, cut the carrot and spring onion into thin strips. slice the chili into thin strips.

     

  4. step 4

    assemble your ramen! divide the flat noodles between two deep bowls. pour over the broth and top with gyoza. add the tender stem and carrots, top with spring onion & chilli. drizzle over chilli crisp for a spicy kick and sprinkle over sesame seeds. enjoy!
