you will need

  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 8 coriander leaves

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Cut a lime wedge ready for squeezing and pick your coriander leaves.

  2. step 2

    Open the lid halfway and remove the sachets. Pour the broth paste, tahini and coconut milk over the noodles.

  3. step 3

    Add boiling water to the fill line and stir thoroughly.

  4. step 4

    Then close the lid and leave for 5 minutes

    Sprinkle the coriander leaves and sesame seeds on top of the noodles then finish with a squeeze of lime.
